Viktor, a young Ukrainian actor, flees Moscow at the beginning of the invasion of February 2022. He then faces the upheavals caused by the war: love becomes hatred, yesterday's friends become today's enemies. The childhood dream becomes a betrayal of his people.
He evokes the pain of detaching himself from a Russian language and literature that he loved, and the guilt of not having returned to fight. A touching and sparkling one-man show about exile, guilt, and the desire for theater. The show mixes intimate confession and tormented history between Russia and Ukraine here, to question with force and sensitivity: what drives one to fight?
