Encantadas

Tickets on sale from Tue, May 12 at 11 am. Encantadas stands for a southern cocktail of Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, but also French and English. From retro and swing, to pop and ballads. Well-known songs and unknown gems.... they are transformed into unique covers, and this in a fresh and southern 'Encantadas-outfit'. Encantadas was the winner of the prestigious competition Sterk Onversterkt in 2014. There are nine of them on stage. Some are classically trained, others found their musical origin in jazz, the light genre, or Hungarian music. But the trademark of Encantadas is, of course, the beautiful polyphonic singing of the four singers. Describing their repertoire is difficult, but think of Sting meets The Andrew Sisters meets Zaz. The cover band like you've never seen it before! It couldn't be sunnier!
