About 10,000 years ago, humanity experienced one of the most profound transformations in its history, the Neolithic revolution. We will explore the decisive transition from predation to food production, when man learns to cultivate plants and raise animals. Agriculture, livestock farming, storage, and sedentarization upset diets, landscapes, and social relations.
