Lying-down concert 'Sounds of Golden Sun'

‘Sounds of Golden Sun’ invites you for an evening in which sound, warmth, and light come together. During this sound healing concert, the gongs catch the energy of the summer sun and spread it with their warm, deep sounds. Other world instruments provide softness and ethereal sounds: bells, handpan, tongue drum, ngoni,... The carefully constructed sound layers in combination with the nature sounds around us work deepening and harmonizing. The sounds open the senses, calm the heart, and allow a warm, supported presence to arise. This lying-down concert is a moment of recharging and coming home. An invitation to bathe in sound, light, and resonance, and to let the summer work through you. An evening to slow down, feel, and shine from within. A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow will be ready upon your arrival. So you don't have to bring anything yourself. Biografie Andy Vanbeveren is passionate about music and its effects on people. What once started with singing bowls and gongs has since grown into a collection of more than 350 instruments. Native American Flute, didgeridoo, handpan, tongue drum, all kinds of percussion and drums, numerous string instruments, piano, and many other world instruments belong to his unique collection. He completed various training courses at home and abroad and was able to learn from many great 'masters' in their field such as Hans de Back (singing bowls), Shree Krishna Shahi and Santa Ratna Shakya (singing bowls), Don Conreaux (gongs), Michael Telepary (Native American Flute), Nestor Kornblum (overtone singing),... Since 2010, he has had more than 1000 concerts to his name. Not only throughout Flanders, but also in the Netherlands. He has played at Tomorrowland, the Japanese garden in Hasselt, Casino van Blankenberge, numerous cultural centers, churches, special heritage locations, etc. He is known for his continuous innovations in sound combinations. A passion that he now also knows how to interpret via live looping. In the past, he played together with other musicians such as Gilbert Isbin (lute), John Snauwaert (sax), Michael Telapary (American Native Flute), Nicolas Mortelmans (sitar), Hari Paudjal (bansuri flute), Hélène Philippart (bansuri flute and transverse flute), Manish Pingle (slide guitar), Catherine Maes (mezzo-soprano), Bart Gits (taiko), Kees Kort (shakuhachi), Aki Vergels-Sato (koto), Cantavita (overtone singing), etc. In addition, he has already accompanied numerous yoga sessions, meditation, teambuildings, festivals, Ecstatic Dance, etc.
