In the chic beauty clinic of Hector Vermeulen and Valerie Kreukwijk, you can go for liposuction, breast enlargements, and even a brand-new treatment that promises you eternal youth. Everything is going smoothly until a surgical procedure becomes very drastic. The operation goes grandiosely wrong. Hector & Valerie want to cover everything up, but the doctor's identical twin brother makes the pot boil over completely. Moreover, a police officer and an undercover journalist want to lay the truth on the operating table at all costs.
