The 16th century is the theater of great upheavals that gave birth to Les Pays-Bas, one of the first bourgeois nations. These events of European scope have shaped not only Belgium and Brussels, but all of Europe.
The walk begins at the Petit Sablon in the good company of some great minds and Counts Egmont and Hornes (the great women of the 16th century are not present, but will be introduced). Then, the story runs away: debt, inflation, inquisition and letters of indulgence will make us shout "long live the Beggars"!
This visit can be booked for groups (schools!). Information on https://sprechendesteine.eu
