Have you ever thought about the life of a doll? Never make a decision yourself. Never think yourself. Never choose yourself. A life that always depends on others: manipulators and puppeteers. You are really a doll as a doll. Is that fantastic or terrible? And what can a doll do if he doesn't like his own performance anymore? This doll decides to risk everything and turn the tables. He in turn is going to command the puppeteers. He wants to determine what happens himself. But the puppeteer has the power. The doll makes promises and makes agreements. Too bad, because whoever has the power wants to keep it. This performance is a remake of POUVOIR. A project by UNE TRIBU, one of our favorite Walloon colleagues. They asked us to make a Flemish version of their successful production. POUVOIR received the Prize of the Minister of Youth at the Jeugdtheaterbijeenkomsten van Huy 2023 and the Prize of the Junior Jury at the Momix Festival 2024.
