In Montréal gets a twin to hear their mother's will. The last will and testament are two letters that must be delivered somewhere in the Middle East. A letter for their father whom they thought had long since passed away. And a letter for their brother whom they did not know existed. There is the twins' search, but there is also their mother's horrific life story. The film is simultaneously a thriller, family drama and historical epic and is fantastically beautifully filmed with a phenomenal screenplay. The director of this film, originally dating from 2010, later became known for 'Dune', 'Blade Runner 2049' and 'Arrival'. This digitally restored version is therefore definitely a must-see!
