Cleymans & Van Geel

After a long day of filming on the French coast, Jelle Cleymans and Jonas Van Geel end up together in a pub in the city center of Bordeaux. To their great surprise, the pub also houses a photo booth. Without any doubt, they put two euros into the machine. It happened that quickly: the title and the cover of a new album were born! ‘Groeten uit Bordeaux’ is the fourth achievement of Cleymans & Van Geel. In their well-known mix of fresh Dutch-language pop and dreamy melancholy, the close friends have written another record together. If love is life, is life also love? This kind of philosophical question occupies the two men, deep in the night in a French pub. It is also the bordeaux-red thread that runs through the new album.
