Open Day at the Federal Parliament

The countdown has begun! As every year, the Federal Parliament will open its doors to the public to celebrate National Day on July 21st. Take a self-guided tour at your own pace, armed with an information leaflet, and discover rooms steeped in history, as well as the plenary chambers of the House of Representatives and the Senate – the very heart of Belgian politics. This year, the Belgian flag takes center stage, with the original 1830 flag (courtesy of the War Heritage Institute), works from our own collection, and pieces by Claire Boedts and Rob Vanoudenhoven. And, as always, a variety of activities will be available throughout the tour: Smurf hunt / Quiz (with a small gift upon exit) / Musical entertainment / Sign the guest book / Photo booth
