Klee dreams Bach with Francesca Ajossa

The painter Paul Klee had a deep affinity with (baroque) music, and in particular with Bach. His oeuvre contains numerous musical references, with titles such as Rote Fuge, Polyfone Strömungen, and Im Bachschen Stil. Door Peter Ouwerkerk, together with video artist Marcel Wierckx and Johan Luijmes (Orgelpark, Amsterdam), developed an interdisciplinary project in which Klee’s paintings are animated via specialized software and projected onto the organ case.
