The BachPlus class? These are young musicians who, at the beginning of their careers, enthusiastically immerse themselves in the work of Johann Sebastian Bach for three days. They are guided by experienced coaches from BachPlus. The result? The young, up-and-coming musicians learn and grow, and the musicians of BachPlus let themselves be inspired by their fresh energy. In a presentation moment, the audience can also enjoy the youthful enthusiasm. The success of the two previous editions shows the value of this educational project and the importance of continuing it. In this third edition, the BachPlus class brings an advent program around Bach's cantata Wie schön leuchtet der Morgenstern (BWV 1). About BachPlus At BachPlus, you hear cantatas by Bach alongside works by Bach's contemporaries or predecessors. This often leads to enlightening artistic insights and performances. The musicians, seasoned in baroque music, share their enthusiasm for the brilliant, all-transcending, and always surprising oeuvre of Bach. Bart Naessens is responsible for the inspiring leadership.
