Light a Candle Hoogstraten

Welcome to Light a Candle! During this initiative, volunteers hand out candles (for free) to passersby at the annual fair to invite them to light a candle in the Begijnhofkerk.  You can enjoy the silence and the music in the Begijnhofkerk. Tijdens Light a Candle, the church is open to everyone, Christian or not, to take a moment of quiet in the hustle and bustle.
