For 30 years, Daan has been surprising his audience with a whirlwind of genres, from pop noire to indie rock and electro. In his new theater tour, he unravels the common thread in his work: melancholic and humorous lyrics full of visual metaphors, translated into Baroque musical paintings. Together with his permanent muse Isolde Lasoen and the virtuoso cellist Jean-François Assy, Daan distills his songs to their essence. In the intimacy of seated halls, the crooner shares the stories behind his colorful life path and his impressive repertoire of more than 300 songs.
