Rutger, Thomas, and their dog Paco end up in another crazy adventure when Paco suddenly turns into a cat. It soon turns out that it is no coincidence, but that someone wants to turn all dogs into cats. As dog owners panic, Rutger and Thomas must unravel the mystery behind these transformations.
