Heritage walk

You can join our heritage and health walks again this year. During beautiful spring and summer evenings, you can stretch your legs weekly on Mondays together with other Bierbeek residents. During the heritage walks, you will walk 5 to 6 km. However, the trip lasts just over 2 hours because you stop for a while at the interesting heritage sites along the way, where our guide gives a brief explanation. A brief explanation about this walk: We conclude the walking season with a visit to the recently restored H.-Kruiskerk van Korbeek-Lo and the rectory. You will receive an explanation from an experienced guide. If it is not too dark, we will take a short walk through the center of Korbeek-Lo afterwards. Length: 2.5 km. For whom? Are you an experienced walker? Or has it been a while since you walked further than the bakery? That doesn't matter at all, because everyone is welcome. Our guides keep an eye on the pace and split the group if desired. This way, everyone can enjoy a beautiful walk at their own pace. Attention: the walks in September exceptionally start at 19:00 instead of 19:30. This way we are back in time before dark.
