Early bird price 20 euros A small group of people over 60 meets every week to loosen up their muscles under supervision, but without tiring themselves out too much. On a chair, taking it easy, no fuss. Until their loyal instructor, himself no longer the youngest, suddenly passes away. His place is taken by an enthusiastic young live wire, full of energy and grand plans. The chairs make way for gymnastics equipment and Olympic gold is his goal.
