Fair Café met gratis optreden van Lonestar Bordello. Lonestar Bordello is an Americana–indie band from the Kempen-Limburg region. Zet Johnny Cash, Nick Cave, Guido Belcanto, Quentin Tarantino, and Ennio Morricone at one table with a few bottles of pinot noir, and you have an idea of what this warm-blooded quintet is all about. Expect songs from the darkest recesses of the soul – music that drops you between the Texan cacti, in a twilight world full of drunken loafers of questionable character and ravishing ladies of light entertainment. An evening on which you willingly surrender to the goodwill of the band, and perhaps get a carefully placed scratch on your tender soul. Recently, Lonestar Bordello recorded its first album What Is Here Is Now in Studio Jezus, under the expert guidance of Pascal Deweze (Sukilove, Mitsoobishy Jacson, …). Live, this record chafes, shimmers, and glows just that little bit harder. A must for lovers of dark romance, dust in the lungs, and stories in every note.
