Theater Tieret & Walrus - Meneer Beer, the return

Big party in the Woeste Wolvenwoud. Meneer Beer is having a birthday and that must be celebrated. All his friends are there: Eddy de Vos, Staf de Uil, the Wilde Zwijnen, and of course also the Woeste Wolven. Except... Mr. Polar Bear, the dearest cousin of Meneer Beer. Strange, isn't it, that he of all people is not coming by today. Meneer Beer decides to set out himself. In search of Mr. Polar Bear! Who dares to come along? In DE TERUGKEER, Meneer Beer picks up the thread, exactly where it is so nice to be: on a Beestig Bosfestijn with all the Woeste Wolven there. Together with many old acquaintances but also new faces, we build another musical, poetic party for all little daredevils and big bear friends. A top cast of actors, puppeteers, and musicians spoils eyes and ears like never before. It had been in the air for years, but now it's finally here... the return of Meneer Beer! In 2027, it will be exactly 10 years since we ‘let go’ of our Meneer Beer to the general public. After 5 very successful years, 2 performances, and almost 200 theater concerts, we lulled Meneer Beer into a long winter sleep. But we still feel(t) the great need for the positive feel-good vibes that this whole project radiated. Through an accessible, positive story and stone-good, layered, and sing-along songs, conveying a hopeful message of diversity and ecological awareness remains more than ever current and urgently needed.
