The Sessions, With the French

De Sessies are unique, one-off performances in which different art forms – from live music and word to image or other disciplines – meet each other in a surprising cross-pollination. Each edition is completely new: no fixed formula, no fixed cast. The theme always starts from the environment or the location itself: for example, an ode to 60 years of Jazz Bilzen was created earlier in the old fire station and in De Statie the former station of Hoeselt was artistically brought to life. Also in season ’26-’27 we bring a brand-new edition at a special place, again with local talent and professional makers: De Sessies - Bij de Fransen
