SCHWEINEREI - Lieselot Siddiki / LOUD Music Theatre

A boisterous and bitter performance in which decadence and threatening revolution collide, and a world order is collapsing while excess is celebrated one more time. In an armed bunker – simultaneously palace and amusement park – two eccentric figures prepare for a final feast, on the eve of the revolution. Outside, the crowd beats on the walls, inside the wine flows abundantly. Between the steaming dishes, sonatas by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart resound, but under the mat, the ground is already sliding away. SCHWEINEREI is a boisterous performance about the end of a world order and what comes after. A mirror for our time, in which decadence and revolution embrace each other.
