Youth film 'Mulan'

When a Chinese girl is told that her weakened father is being called up to fight in the army, she makes a courageous decision. Disguised as a boy, she joins in his place. Her ancestors see through her plan and send her a small dragon, Mushu, to protect and assist her during this dangerous adventure.
