A duet between juggler and light, a duel between man and machine.\n\nIn ‘Just the Moon’, acro-juggler Raff Pringuet and a modern, motorized theater lamp share the stage.\n\nRaff moves effortlessly between juggling balls and acrobatics, while the lamp uses its extensive range of light, colors, and movement to create a visual whole. But what happens when the lamp claims its place in the spotlight? A peaceful duet degenerates into an exciting duel. Does the artist become superfluous? And can they still coexist peacefully?\n\n‘Just the Moon’ is a visual spectacle that enchants young and old with its stunning circus techniques and subtle humor. At the same time, the performance asks questions about the influence of technology on our lives and our society. A unique experience that invites wonder and reflection.\n\nThis performance is also played as a school performance for the third grade of primary education.\n\n‘Just the Moon’ is small but nice, honest and absurd, and above all, not to be missed. – Pzazz\n\ncreation, cast: Raff Pringuet (Close Call Company)\n\nlight design, technique: Tuur Decoene\n\noutside-eye: Margot Jansens, Geert Belpaeme, Marie Peeters\n\ncomposition, music: Stan Nieuwenhuis\n\ncostume: Julia Gut\n\nscenography: David Carney\n\nvideo: Fidel Rott\n\ncoproduction: PERPLX\n\nwith support from: Cirklabo/30CC, Latitude-50 - pôle des arts du cirque et de la rue, CC Mortsel, Circus Ronaldo, Circus Werkplaats Dommelhof, Korzo (Den Haag), De Clinge, MiraMiro, MAD Festival, city of Leuven, the Vlaamse Overheid, Het Oude Badhuis (Antwerp), Schouwburg Luchtbal, De Naarstigheid\n\nwith thanks to: Batist Van Baekel, Pieter Visser, Mieke Laureys
