Relaxation lying concert | sound bath at the Elf in Bruges

First of all, I take the time to let you arrive via gentle breathing exercises and/or meditation/visualization. This can help you to surrender completely to the sounds and deepen the relaxation. After that, I let the instruments speak for themselves and let healing vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments such as Native American drum, didgeridoo, etc., envelop you. These ancient instruments create sound waves that travel through your entire body, release tensions, and promote a sense of well-being.
