Groove

GROEF: two voices, a pile of strings, and a good groove! GROEF brings its own Dutch-language two-part music, played on guitar, mandolin, double bass, banjo, weissenborn, and dobro. Songs and melodies that stick, sometimes small and fragile or just festive and full of energy, but always rhythmic, with a groove and straight from the heart. Piet Decalf (Fijnbesnaard & Compagnie) and Gijs Hollebosch (Lieven Tavernier, Jan De Smet) find each other again after more than thirty years of playing music on the most diverse Flemish stages.
