What does a life actually amount to? An unemployed actor gets a call from a renowned production house. They want to film his life. The actor doesn't understand. Everything he dreamed of turned out differently. His marriage has stranded and the relationship with his children is difficult. Yet he agrees to the TV series because he needs the money. Until everything turns out differently than expected.
TISOVERALIETS is the fifth solo performance by Günther Lesage. He is known for his tragicomic and ironic style.
Lesage has been working in theater for over 35 years. He is a co-founder of the well-known company Lazarus. In addition, he is a familiar face from series such as “Wat als?”, “Nonkels”, and “Bevergem”.
All references to existing persons or situations are purely intentional and exaggerated. No animals are mistreated during the show, although certain insects might feel offended. There is no smoking during the performance, nor is there any waving of penises. Depending on the composition of the audience, the text may deviate from the text brochure. As the performance progresses, the artist will also get slightly older, although this will probably barely be visible. In case of complaints, you can contact the National Employment Office and the political parties that make it harder and harder for Art Workers to make a living from their profession, pay energy bills, let alone insurance for their cars, assuming they even have them. Certainly no company cars.
