Feest op het Plein (Party on the Square) is the summer evening where music, togetherness, and a cozy atmosphere come together on the village square. The square transforms into a vibrant open-air stage full of impressive live performances and dancing feet. Free access for everyone! On the last Thursday of Feest op het Plein, TROY is the first to take the stage. He brings hip-hop with substance to Feest op het Plein. De Belgische rapper, producer, and trumpeter mixes soulful and jazzy hip-hop with conscious lyrics. His sound starts from New School Boom Bap, but at the same time always seeks the boundaries of the genre. It is precisely that bridge between the traditional and the experimental that makes his music so special. With the audience award of Sound Track Vlaams-Brabant and a win at De Nieuwe Lichting 2026 from Studio Brussel under his belt, TROY is ready to convince Lommel as well. Expect a quirky show full of groove, sharpness, and musical craftsmanship. Next up is GLINTSAL . During the summer of 2025, seismographs all over the world recorded a series of earthquakes of more than 7.00 on the Richter scale. They were unanimous about the cause: GLINTSAL was playing their first festival summer. GLINTSAL consists of rapper/singer Glints and producer/DJ Faisal. Together, they have been presenting about 6 years of Qultuur (with a capital Q, that's important) on Stu Bru, during their weekly radio show: Abattoir Anvers. Expect a show full of energy, swagger, and surprises! After the release of their album ‘GLINTSAL (VOL. 1)’ and the accompanying victory tour of the festivals, the duo dove back into the studio to work on new music. Who knows what this summer will bring?
