Almost Summer Festival 2026

What do you hide when you become visible? During the eighth edition of Almost Summer Festival, you will discover new work that was partly conceived and created at BUDA. These budding dance performances and performances offer you special experiences. On June 10, Anyuta Wiazemsky Snauwaert kicks off the festival with a real nationality ceremony: humorous, warm, and with a sharp eye on what living together in this country actually means. We will conclude on June 20 with a performance created especially for our 20th anniversary with 10kg of flax. The program grew step by step, through projects that each explore the theme of invisibility in their own way. Invisibility that leaves room for the imagination, or that serves the interests of the powerful. It can be both a strength and a poison.
