aperitif concert with the Quartet Hella

Davidsfonds Jabbeke invites you on Sunday, September 27 at 11 AM to its aperitif concert in the church of Stalhille with the \"QUARTET HELLA\" Hella is a young a cappella quartet from Ghent, consisting of four female voices (Eline De Coninck, Kalinka Verschraegen, Lotte Pauwels, and Ahanna Verschraegen). They breathe new life into old melodies with their own Dutch texts and arrangements. They combine traditional folk with contemporary influences, drawing from stories of women through the centuries. In January 2024, Hella Flanders Folk Award won for \"Most Promising Band\". In October 2025, their debut album \"Meeremin\" was released. Well-known songs are \"Midzomerdroom\" and \"Nieuw idee\". They are active in the Belgian concert circuit and have since also performed in Germany and Slovenia.
