To compensate for the falling income, he has come up with an ingenious plan. When one of his previous tenants emigrated to Canada, the state kept making payments to the old address. That is why Eric has created a whole series of fictitious tenants and he gets money sent to him for them through all kinds of agencies. However, when the inspector from the department of social affairs suddenly stands at the door, the panic is great. Very much against his will, he will have to help tenant Norman Eric out of the predicament.
