The Art of Cooking

Since their youth, brothers David and Danny Ronaldo have played with the clown as a mirror of human weaknesses. In their pure, minimalist clowning, they magnify society and investigate power, hierarchy, master, and servant. These themes return in full in La Cucina dell’Arte, inspired by the culinary world with its strict roles, from top chef to kitchen assistant. With influences from Fellini, vaudeville theater, and Goldoni, a fragile, musical, and juggling kitchen spectacle is created. When pots and cupboards open, a melancholic and hilarious chaos unfolds in which the audience also plays a role.
