SPW: family film (3 - 12 years) We will walk to the cultural center of Torhout. There, we will watch a film in a real theater hall! The film we are going to watch is not yet known, as the cultural center likes to provide a current film. Attention: this trip departs from the playground activities (speelpleinwerking) at de Warande. You must also register on-site for our playground activities on the day itself. In addition to the registration fee for the trip, you will also pay your daily registration fee (€ 6.50 for a full day or 3.25 euros for a half day). The reception for afternoon registrations is open from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. We will gather the children at 1:00 PM to depart for the trip. So make sure you are on time, or register your child for a full day in the morning. After registration, you will receive an automatic email with the confirmation of your registration and the practical arrangements. You will receive an additional confirmation email with all practical arrangements the day before the trip. Cancellation policy - Up to 1 month before the activity: 90% refund. - Up to two weeks before the activity: 50% refund. - Less than two weeks before the activity: no refund. - During the activity, partial absence due to illness: - - When one could not participate for more than half the time: 50% refund upon submission of a doctor's note. - - If one was able to participate for at least half the time: no refund. The local government can cancel the activity up to 3 weeks in advance if there is only 15% occupancy. If the activity does not take place, the city will refund the full registration amount.
