SAIAN cha-no-yu: tea ceremony, Brussels
- Japanese tea experience -
Tea ceremony (Usu cha; light matcha) for Tanabata
and
Gyokuro: the highest quality of Japanese green tea
Tanabata is known as the Star Festival on 7th July in Japan,
where we have a custom of writting wishes on paper strips and hanging them on bamboo branches.
This time, to enjoy the Tanabata, light matcha will be offered
in the SAIAN tea ceremony style with small Japanese sweets.
Due to its recent popularity, it has become increasingly difficult to acquire genuine matcha,
but some special authentic matcha has arrived at SAIAN from Uji, the premier place for matcha in Japan.
Savour genuine matcha and a moment in the SAIAN tea ceremony room!
