Danny Ronaldo apprenticed with the Sicilian master pizzaiolo Paolino Bucca, and you can taste it. A nineteenth-century kitchen cart on wheels is filled to the brim with porcelain tableware and a surprising selection of edible and jugglable ingredients. As soon as the fragile kitchen cabinets open, everything comes to life: an accordion chooses its own path, spoons dance a tarantella on wine bottles and the ‘fragile’ spectacle can begin.
