Evaluation concerts

Evaluatieconcerten VLAMO Regio Vlaams-Brabant & Brussels VLAMO vzw, Regio Vlaams-Brabant and Brussels, is organizing in collaboration with K.H. Sint-Cecilia Rotselaar Evaluatieconcerten on March 21, 2027 in hall Concordia Rotselaar. We are still providing evaluation concerts in Kortenaken, Ternat, Keerbergen, and Tienen in 2027. These dates can be filled in around November 1, 2026. Evaluation and program Each orchestra receives a written evaluation with tips and points for improvement from a professional evaluation team. No points are awarded. The program choice is completely free. Groups can determine themselves which works they perform, including any warm-up piece (not mandatory). Those who want a classification best keep this in mind when choosing the program. The total duration of the program is at least 20 minutes and at most 40 minutes. Vergoeding Elke participating group – regardless of the discipline – receives a compensation of €600. (*) Classification of works Do you want your association to be classified in a certain division? Then send the score to dirk@vlamo.be, so that the work can be included in the correct division. Registration and guarantee The registration is only valid after payment of a guarantee of €100 to account number BE04 0020 0250 0231 of VLAMO vzw Regio Vlaams-Brabant and Brussels, with the communication: “Evaluation concert 2027 + name association + member number”.
