CAMILLE

Thu, 14 Jan 2027 · 20:00
Cirque Royal, Brussels
Nine years after Ouï, Camille releases a new album, The Sound of Milk (2026). In a dark and turbulent era on social, political, and ecological levels, Camille makes the choice to speak of joy that is both powerful and vulnerable, of the feminine, of motherhood, of childhood, and of family in the broad sense, of the transmission of music and immutable values. She wonders: how to live daily in the face of current issues? Tender, lucid, and committed, this album confronts us with the problems and challenges of humanity. It also cradles us to awaken us to love, and relight the stars where they have gone out. The Sound of Milk is a musical fresco, which has been maturing for more than fifteen years (the age of her eldest son), where Camille explores the porosity of the links between her life as a mother of two children (her son and her daughter), her family life, and her life as an artist; while retracing the history of music. A new album to discover on stage in Brussels, January 14, 2027 at the Cirque Royal Tickets on sale starting Friday, March 27 at 10 a.m.
