In the morning you will be completely immersed in LaBiomista and the philosophy of artist Koen Vanmechelen. Together with a guide you will set out through the park and get acquainted with the work of Truienaar Koen Vanmechelen. After a free lunch in the center of Genk we will visit the widely known Natuurhulpcentrum in Oudsbergen under the expert guidance of a guide. It starts with the screening of a video film that takes us to moments that we as a group cannot participate in: exciting interventions, veterinarian at work in the operating room, feeding baby animals... Afterwards you will get to see the medical part -rehabilitation cages, flight cages for birds of prey, waterfowl enclosures, fox enclosure, monkey enclosures...- supplemented with fun anecdotes and interesting facts.
