Each session invites exploration through simple techniques such as drawing, collage, painting, and working with texture. Each encounter stands on its own; you can participate in one session or attend them all. Together, they offer a deeper experience of awareness and presence. In this gathering, we explore how attention and inner states influence our way of creating. You are invited to notice intentions, emotions, and choices as they arise, and to use creativity as a way to consciously reflect and express yourself. Working in your personal creative notebook, you bring observation and expression together in a natural, intuitive way. You do not need any artistic skills or fluent knowledge of Dutch – just curiosity and an open attitude.
