De Appelmoesband goes camping - De Appelmoesband (5 to 8 years)

De Appelmoesband is a steaming live band with seven members for children from five to about eight years old. The band pours a solid sauce of rock over traditional children's songs such as ‘Hoedje van Papier’ and ‘Twee emmertjes water halen’. The show consists of music, but also dance and theater. At a young age, children get a total spectacle that makes an impression. The songs are framed by a story and the band also regularly interacts with the young audience. ‘De Appelmoesband goes camping’ is a wonderful theatrical concert for young and old. This project originated in the bosom of Kleinkunstcentrum ’t Smiske, the expertise center for Flemish folk songs and music.
