Dead Why Dead

Ilse de Koe, Hendrik Van Doorn and Julie Delrue investigate in a hilarious and moving way grief and loss and the way this can connect and comfort. In the big ‘Dood Hoezo Dood’-show, a Master of Ceremony leads us along everything that has to do with death: famous last words, a condolence rally, Death itself as a guest, and guests who let their talents crackle from the afterlife. Parallel to this absurdist spectacle, elsewhere an imminent loss slips in irreversibly. What do you do with the time that is left? How do you say goodbye and how should things continue? Where on earth has the manual for this gone? 'Dood Hoezo Dood' is a show where the love for life is more palpable than ever. Full of playing fun and humor that relativizes nothing, the actors make the big themes of life bearable.
