That is where the legend was born — the story of three men who could see the sins of the modern world. Their songs were not ordinary tunes — they were prophecies, warnings, and remedies at the same time. From this story grows the latest album by Somethingski – “Them Sinners.†The album consists of ten songs that together form a musical ritual. Each song confronts a different sin: indifference, pride, illusion, forgetting nature, war, and hollow prayers. But these are not sermons — they are raw, emotional stories, full of light and darkness, rhythm and fracture. It is music that places the listener in the heart of the conflict — and gives them a task: finding the remedy — in the sounds, in the words, in themselves. You can also do like Philip Bradatsch: perform more than a hundred times a year. Stuffy basement rooms, hip indie clubs, large and small festivals, cafes by the dozens, smoky bars in shady corners – he has seen it all. Counting the bills for rent, food, cigarettes, and gas every month, for ten years now. His mother a nurse, his father a locksmith – he should have known better. But he didn't. The voice of Philip Bradatsch is rebellious, calm, soothing, and dreamy at the same time – and it makes you think he knows more. And maybe he does. And if not, then at least he will make us believe that this world has not completely lost its romance and depth.
