Afternoon concert 'Seeds of Stillness' with tea and coffee
Wed, 14 Apr 2027 · 14:00
Boventoon, Torhout
€35
What if silence is not empty, but nourishing?
Tijdens Seeds 'of Stillness' we sow soft sounds in an open space of rest and attention.
Singing bowls, handpans, gongs, and other healing instruments flow together into a quieting sound journey in which time is allowed to slow down for a moment.
Every vibration invites you to sink into your body, to let go of what you no longer need to hold on to.
Without words, without expectations. Just listening, breathing, and being present.
The silence that arises grows layer by layer into an inner bed of rest, clarity, and renewed energy.
This concert invites you to consciously make contact with your inner source and let the silence grow into a powerful foundation of well-being.
A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow are ready upon your arrival.
So you don't have to bring anything yourself.
