In the spring of 2026, Castle d’Ursel hosted the international masterclass La Primavera Pianistica for the fourteenth time. An intensive masterclass week was also linked to a competition this year. Several students excelled, but the Japanese pianist Rikako Tsujimoto was unanimously awarded the first prize by the jury. Her way of playing is extremely professional and testifies to great charm, according to the jury. She possesses a solid and impeccable technique, combined with a great interpretative ability that is tuned to the style of each composer. Her unique brio and temperament, in combination with her enchanting pianissimi, made a great impression on all jury members. An exact program is not yet available, but we are already hearing the names Sergei Rachmaninoff and Maurice Ravel. Aperitif after the concert
