During this special afternoon, you will cycle from scene to scene and experience some fascinating moments from the history of Ichtegem along the way. Do not expect a classic theater hall, but an atmospheric total experience in special places in our municipality, where the past and imagination meet. From an early page in our history to stories of administration, war, and labor: this performance takes you on a surprising journey along four scenes from the Ichtegem of the past. An afternoon full of theater, atmosphere, heritage, and experience — to the rhythm of the bicycle. Practical: The bicycle theater performance takes place at 4 locations, with 3 short bicycle trips in between. Each trip is a maximum of 4 km. The start and end point is the garden of Huis Dekeyser. There, you can also have a drink in the cozy bar before or after the performance. So be sure to bring your bicycle and let yourself be taken on a special journey through the past of Ichtegem.
