Book Festival: Writing workshop about characters with author Goedele Ghijsen

Sometimes a story begins with één character. Someone who suddenly gets into your head and doesn't want to leave. But who is that person actually? What do they hide? And what happens when you finally let them speak for themselves? On Saturday 7 November, we welcome Goedele Ghijsen to the Standaard Boekhandel van Zonhoven for a writing workshop about characters. You might know her from 'Keerpunt', 'Onderstroom', or 'Vluchtweg'. This time you get to work yourself and discover how to bring characters to life on paper. Who knows, that one character you have been thinking about for so long might just be waiting for you, until you finally give them a chance.
