Davidsfonds Kapelle-op-den-Bos and Hera 1132, with the support of the municipality of Kapelle-op-den-Bos and Davidsfonds national, invite everyone to: "Met een klank van hobo" is a poetic-musical performance in which oboist Bram Nolf and author Kristien Hemmerechts bring the work of Herman de Coninck to life together. The program combines live oboe music (supplemented with strings) with read poetry and reflections by Kristien Hemmerechts, creating an intimate, warm, and sometimes moving atmosphere. The creators: Bram Nolf, solo English horn player at the Nationaal Orkest van Belgi, is known for his versatility (classical repertoire, contemporary music, and crossover projects). He is backed by an exquisite string quintet that will perform music by Vivaldi, Peter Benoit, J.S. Bach, ... Kristien Hemmerechts is one of the most famous Flemish writers and is a regular guest at literary evenings, lectures, and poetry events. She has previously been a guest at a toast-literary event of Davidsfonds Kapelle-op-den-Bos.
