Between Kappaert and Banhout.

De Fairtrade Trage Wegen Wandeling of October 18, 2026 in Zwevegem stands for a collaboration between the Mondiale Raad and Natuurpunt Zwevegem. Two walks are offered: one Fairtrade walk of 6.5 km and one slightly more adventurous trip of 8.5 km which consists for more than half of slow roads. Starting point of the walks is the OC de Slypemolen (former Kappaert church) of Zwevegem. Voor de Fairtrade walk you can depart continuously between 10 am and 2:30 pm. Only this Fairtrade walk is marked with arrows. At 2 pm a joint group departs for the slow roads walk with the accent on nature experience. Registration is possible from September 1 via the link www.zwevegm.be/fairtradetragewegenwandeling. Participation is free thanks to the collaboration between the Mondiale Raad, Natuurpunt, the Advisory Council for environment and nature, and the Fairtrade municipality Zwevegem.
