Amber Haddad is a Belgian-Lebanese singer with a warm and expressive voice. Together with her band, she creates a unique sound at the crossroads of Arabic music, jazz, and flamenco, subtly interwoven with Mediterranean influences. Het Amber Haddad Quintet gives oriental and Mediterranean music a contemporary, personal color. They rework repertoire from, among others, Fairuz and other iconic Arabic composers and singers, with respect for tradition and room for their own interpretation and refined arrangements. In addition, they bring original compositions that powerfully reflect the character, sensitivity, and musical craftsmanship of the band. The interplay between intimacy and intensity forms the core of their concerts. With a shared passion for music and a strong mutual connection, the musicians create a sincere, warm connection with their audience, an experience that touches, connects, and stays with you. In 2022, the Amber Haddad Quintet released their debut album TRUST. The album reflects the inner peace that arises when one learns to trust in the experiences that life brings. Each original song forms a small journey through an emotion or experience that Amber herself has gone through, is currently experiencing, or has consciously learned to let go of.
