Couscous Sépharabe

It has become a recurring and emblematic activity of Fabrique de Liens. The relationships between Jewish and Arab communities are too often instrumentalized and caricatured. Clichés are legion. The Israeli-Palestinian conflict has crystallized fears and tensions, it has opposed people who did not wish to take part in the conflict. We propose to you, for the space of a meal, to highlight what brings Jews and Arabs closer together. Quite simply, far from controversies and grand speeches, sitting at a table to share a couscous. The recipe has already proven itself for eight years: a mythical dish, cooked by a team of chefs from both communities, music, and a few dance steps... This initiative is open to all the curious, of all stripes, to all the gourmets who want to work for peace and the bringing together of communities!
