Madou has been a pillar of Belpop since 1981, with classics like Witte Nachten and Niets is voor altijd, which continue to mark Radio 1 playlists. Led by the unique voice of Vera Coomans, often compared to Marianne Faithfull, the band found a second wind thanks to the new generation, with Thomas Devos and Louis Van De Leest at the helm, and top-tier musicians like Mattijs Vanderleen and Marc De Maeseneer.
